The Inner Balance training sensor and application uses heart rhythm feedback to tell you when you are on the right track. The sensor clips onto your ear and gathers real-time biofeedback. The accompanying cell phone app lets you see your heart rhythm pattern, gives you prompts on how to make changes to the pattern, and provides feedback during your training sessions. This app is a great resource for those practicing HeartMath techniques.
