During this group visit we will start to explore the root cause of mood disorders, and how imbalances within one’s system can lead to a feeling of unevenness within the body and nervous system. We will explore the importance of gut health and the brain gut connection, and how specific chemical reactions have to occur in our bodies to ensure a balanced mood. The goal of this group visit is to understand your individual chemistry, explore methods that can be used to pinpoint specific nutrient deficiencies driving mood imbalance, and how to support your mood naturally when prescription medication is not the approach you desire or has failed in the past.
