Robert is a Feldenkrais® practitioner and instructor. He has been teaching and helping patients in the Boise area for over 20 years. We have seen this work help people with posture, coordination, flexibility and balance. Improvement in these areas will often decrease a resistant pain or immobility problem as well as free energy for a greater sense of well being. Robert has a DVD about Feldenkrais® which we can give you and his web site is www.robertlspencer.com. Robert also has a Masters in Clinical Psychology and is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic programming. These skills and his years of practice as a psychotherapist have made him available for coaching people through changes they would like to create in many areas of their life.
