Dr Eberharter, PA’s Callagy and Warren are available 24/7 for calls. During office hours please leave a message on the answering machine for a faster response. For after hours urgent medical problems call the office for Dr. Eberharter, Karen Callagy or Amber Warren’s cell phone number.
For medical emergencies we recommend you call 911 or go to either St. Luke’s or St. Alphonsus Emergency Room.
We accept cash, checks, VISA and MasterCard for office visits and checks or credit cards (same as above) for supplements.
If we are unable to answer because we are with patients the quickest way to reach us is to leave a message on the answering machine. We check this very frequently and will call you back as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding that we are a small office and occasionally both our phone lines are busy. You are also welcome to use the fax for non-urgent communication.

Please ask your pharmacy to fax us the refill request even if it says there are no refills. We request 48 hours to refill medications in case we are unusually busy or we need to find test results or speak with you. If you are changing pharmacies we can fax them a new request or write your prescriptions out by hand. If we have not seen you for over a year we will usually want an office appointment and can do a refill for a month until it is scheduled. If you are due for blood work we will call you to arrange it.
If you would like to pick a supplement up at the office please leave a message on the answering machine with a phone number to reach you at. We will call as soon as your order has been processed – usually within 48 hours. Be sure to tell us the same, dose if it has one, and number of capsules in the bottle when you leave the message. See the Supplements section for the internet option.
Please allow an hour for your physical or acupuncture appointment and come about 15 minutes early for insurance and paperwork updates. We do have a no show fee if you miss an appointment without a reasonable cause or if it is a chronic problem. We try very hard to be on time and respect that everyone has important schedules for their day. New patient appointments are usually at the end of the day and are usually longer. Please bring a list of your questions and your current supplements and medications.
We are contracted with Blue Cross of Idaho, Regence Blue Shield and Select Health. We will send claims to these insurances and those we are not contracted with as well. We are not contracted with Medicaid at this time. We also do not accept Tricare. We ask that you pay your co-pay at each visit and help us know when you have met your deductible. If there is ever a hardship with your bill, our staff is happy to work out a payment plan. We love it when you keep your Explanation of Benefits or EOB’s from your insurance company – it helps us solve problems if any arise.
We do accept new patients on a limited basis. We are not able to accept new Medicare or Medicaid patients at this time. Our staff will help you assess if our practice is right for you and the time frame it might take for us to see you. We will do our best to suggest an alternative if we cannot see you
We have an e-newsletter which is sent out on a monthly basis. We use this to alert you of any upcoming classes by anyone at the clinic and provide you with various health and lifestyle articles. Please feel free to contact us or inquire at the front counter in our office. You can unsubscribe at any time.
